How do I log in?
As a candidate, you can log in in two ways — either via a personal link sent by email or manually using your email address.
You can also set a password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for extra security.
First-time login
If you’ve been asked to complete a background check, you’ll receive an email from Manymore with a personal login link.
Here’s how to log in:
- Open the email from Manymore
- Click the yellow "Get started" button
- You’ll be taken directly to the Manymore portal
- From there, you can access your profile and begin the background check
📌 The email contains a secure link — do not share it with others.
Logging in later
If you’ve used the portal before, or if you can’t find your invitation:
- Go to manymore.com and click "Log in"
- Select "Log in with email link"
- Enter the same email address you used the first time
- You’ll receive a new login link by email — click it to access your account
📌 If you don’t see the email, remember to check your spam or junk folder.
Set a password (optional, but recommended)
After your first login, you can create a personal password for faster access in the future.
Here’s how:
- Go to Menu → Settings → Password and Security
- Under "Update your password", enter and confirm your new password
- Click "Update password"
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA)
2FA adds an extra layer of security.
When enabled, you’ll be asked to enter a one-time code sent via SMS in addition to your password.
To activate or deactivate 2FA:
- Go to Settings → Password and Security
- Scroll down to the Two-factor authentication section
- Use the switch to enable or disable "SMS message"
- You’ll now receive a code by SMS each time you log in
You can change this at any time under the same settings menu.
I can't log in
Try the following:
- Check your spam/junk folder for the login email
- Make sure your email address is entered correctly
- Wait a few minutes and try again
- Or create a password and use that next time
