How do I set up my whistleblowing channel?
It’s this simple!
It’s quick and easy to set up your company’s whistleblowing channel so you can receive reports and feedback.
Go to the ‘Set up whistleblowing channel’ dashboard → Set up the channel for your company.
1. Add case handlers
You should have at least two case handlers — these are the people responsible for processing incoming reports.
To add a case handler, the person must already be part of your team (you can do this under Settings).
Also include their role, such as board chair or employee representative.
2. Add whistleblowing procedures (optional)
Click ‘Your whistleblowing procedures’.
Here you can write your own guidance or download our ready-to-use generic template and upload it.
📌 All companies with more than 5 employees are required to have their own whistleblowing procedures.
3. Spread the word!
Copy the link to your whistleblowing page and share it on:
- Your website
- Internett
- Social media
- Newsletters
In the right-hand menu, you’ll also find:
- A button to copy the link
- A QR code for posters
- A PDF template with ready-made text and layout you can download
📌 The most important thing is that employees and partners know the channel exists — and how to use it.
Want to customize the whistleblowing page?
Click "Customize whistleblowing page" to:
- Change logo, text, colors, and content
- Enable or disable the feedback function
