How do I share international diplomas?

If you have completed your education abroad, you can have it verified as part of the background check.

To do this, you need to upload your documentation directly in the portal.

How to share foreign diplomas

1. Log in to the portal
2. Go to the Education section
3. Select "Upload diploma"
4. Upload the following:

• Diploma or degree certificate
• Transcript of records (if applicable)

📌 Make sure the documents are clear and show the school name, degree, and year(s) of study.

What is accepted?

We accept:

• Diplomas from universities and colleges
• Vocational certificates
• Certificates from courses or programs (as long as they are relevant to the role)

🔎 What happens after you upload?

Once your documents are uploaded:

• We assess whether they are authentic and issued by an accredited institution
• We may contact the educational institution directly or use a third-party verification service
• For certificates or courses, we may reach out to the issuer if needed

You don’t need to do anything else after submitting your documents.
We’ll contact you if we need any further information.
