How do I share my diploma via Vitnemålsportalen?


Most Norwegian universities and colleges deliver academic results to Vitnemålsportalen. That’s why we ask you to share your education with us through this portal ,it provides fast, secure, and verifiable confirmation.


By using Vitnemålsportalen, you avoid having to find old documents, upload PDFs, or send screenshots. Everything is sent digitally and directly from the source, making the process easier for both you and us.


Vitnemålsportalen is a public service operated by the Norwegian Directorate for Higher Education and Skills. It is used by educational institutions and employers across Norway.




How to share your diploma:


  1. Go to vitnemålsportalen.no
  2. Log in using electronic ID (e.g. BankID)
  3. Choose the option to share your diploma or transcript
  4. Enter support@manymore.com as the recipient
  5. Set the sharing duration to at least 1 week
  6. Click "Share" and complete the process
  7. You do not need to upload a PDF or screenshot. We receive the information automatically and securely.

What kind of education can be verified?


Vitnemålsportalen covers education from most Norwegian universities and colleges, including:


  • Completed bachelor’s and master’s degrees
  • Individual courses and ongoing studies
  • Vocational education (if the institution is connected to the portal)


If your education is not available in the portal, we’ll let you know what alternative documentation is required.




What happens after you share your information?


Once you’ve shared your education through Vitnemålsportalen:


  • We receive an automatic email from the system
  • We begin the verification process as soon as possible
  • You don’t need to send us anything else or follow up — we’ll take it from here
📌 It’s important that you actively share your diploma. Unfortunately, we often see candidates forget this step. The background check will not start until we’ve received your sharing.
