How do i use e-signatures?


With e-signing, you can easily collect signatures on agreements and documents.

You’ll find the service under “E-signatures” in the main menu.




Getting started


  1. Open the menu and select E-signatures

In the dashboard, click “Send document for signing”




  1. Choose a signing method


You can choose between:

  • Standard e-signing

All recipients sign the same document. Signing is done via email or (coming soon) BankID.

  • Group signing

Each recipient signs their own copy of the document — perfect for larger groups.




How to send a document for signing


  1. Upload the document to be signed

You can upload one or more PDF documents. They will be automatically merged into a single file.


  1. Give the document a title

Choose a clear title that recipients will understand.


  1. Add recipients

Enter the email addresses of the people who need to sign.


  1. Select a signature method
  • Standard: The user types or draws their signature with mouse or finger
  • BankID signing: Coming soon


  1. Add a message and CC (optional)

Write a short message to the recipients and optionally add people who should receive a copy.


  1. Send the invitation

Click Send — the recipients will receive an email with a link to the document.




After the document is sent


  • Recipients receive an email with a link to sign
  • They sign directly in their browser
  • You’ll be notified when everyone has signed
  • A copy of the signed document is automatically sent to all parties


At any time, you can:


  • Check the status and see who has signed
  • Send reminders to those who haven’t signed yet
