How does the credit system work?

This is how pricing and payment work at Manymore

At Manymore, we use a flexible credit system instead of fixed subscriptions. You purchase credits in advance and use them to order exactly the checks you need, when you need them. You choose how many credits to buy, and you’ll always see the total price in NOK directly in the portal before confirming your purchase.

Each background check has a fixed price in credits, based on scope and complexity.

Example prices

Packages

• Basic package (ID verification, education, and employment): 195 credits
• Standard package (basic package + open sources and business interests): 390 credits
• Extended package (standard package + credit check, specific register searches, and connections to high-risk countries): 485 credits

Individual checks

• Police certificate (for voluntary organisations): 12 credits
• Identity check – Nordics: 3 credits
• Read confirmation: 3 credits

📌 You are not locked into fixed packages—you can combine checks however you like.

Do I have to pay a subscription or monthly fee?

No.

You only pay for the credits you buy and use.

There are no hidden costs, no commitment period, and no fixed monthly fees.

For example, a school band that only needs to verify police certificates for volunteers pays only for the necessary credits—nothing more.

Why do we use a credit system?

The credit system gives you flexibility:

• You’re not locked to one type of check—use credits freely at all levels
• Volume discounts provide a better price per candidate
• All credits are available across the organisation, so purchasing can be centralised
• Pay by card or invoice
• No subscriptions or monthly fixed costs—pay only for the background checks you order

How do I buy credits?

• Go to the portal and click Settings
• Select Credits to purchase credits
• Pay by card or invoice
• Top up anytime—even for small needs

You can also buy just enough for a single order.

How long are credits valid?

• Credits are valid for 12 months from the last use
• Every time you use or purchase credits, the validity is renewed
