What do I do if the login link has expired?
When you log in to Manymore to get started with your background check, you will receive a login link by email.
For security reasons, this link is only valid for a short period of time.
If you click on the link after it has expired, you will see a message saying that the link is no longer valid.
How do I get a new link?
Click the Send a new link button on the page that appears.
You will then receive a new login email.
Open the email and click the Log in button to gain access.
Everything happens automatically and only takes a few seconds.
Tips
- Check your junk/spam folder if you cannot find the email
- Open the link as soon as you receive it, since it is only valid for a short period of time
- You can always request a new link if it expires again
