What happens when I’m done?
Once you’ve completed all the steps in the Manymore portal , including uploading documents, providing information, and clicking "Finish" — your part of the process is complete.
What does it mean to be “done”?
You’re considered done when you have:
- Given your consent
- Uploaded the necessary documents (e.g. diploma or transcript)
- Provided all required information
What do we do next?
After you’re done, we begin the verification process:
- We collect confirmations of your education and work experience
- We conduct open source checks where applicable
- We compare the information with what the customer has requested
Will I be contacted again?
As a rule, no.
But we’ll contact you by email if:
- We have questions about something you submitted
- Some information is missing
- We need clarification or a new document
What happens next?
Once the verification is complete:
- A final report is sent to the customer
- The customer will follow up with you directly if they have any questions or feedback
