What information do I need to provide for employment verification?
As part of the background check, you’ll be asked to provide information about your previous employment.
This allows us to verify your work experience in a safe and efficient way.
What should you enter?
In the portal, you’ll be asked to register up to four positions from the past 10 years.
If you’ve held multiple roles at the same company, each role should be listed separately.
For each job, please provide:
- Company name
- Country where you worked
- Job title
- Start date and end date
- Whether it’s your current employer (if applicable)
- Email address of an HR contact or former manager
We ask that you provide contact information for someone who can confirm your employment — such as a former supervisor or HR representative.
Notify your former employer
It’s a good idea to inform them in advance.
Here’s a standard message you can copy and send via email or SMS:
The verification is limited to formal information — no additional reference is required.
Let me know if you have any questions.
📌 Many candidates forget to notify their former employer, which often causes delays. Avoid unnecessary wait time by giving them a quick heads-up.
Important to know
- You do not need to upload employment contracts or payslips
- We will never contact references without consent
- All information is handled confidentially
What happens next?
Once you’ve submitted your employment history, we take over the verification process.
You don’t need to do anything else — unless we contact you for clarification.
